Who are we?

Pheonix IT is an independent company based in Harlow, Essex, to help with all your IT needs. After years of working for 'the big boys' and charging people through the nose, we've decided to go independant to help normal people and small businesses that can't afford or refuse to pay the extortionate prices some companies charge.

The majority of people know someone or has a friend of a friend that knows a bit about computers, but what about when thats just not enough? Pheonix IT has 10 years of experience supporting home users, small businesses and Primary Schools around London and South Essex and very rarely comes across a problem that can't be solved. Whether you've got a virus on your PC at home or you want to network your company to make it more effecient, Pheonix IT has been there and done it. Because we're independant, we don't have to charge a fortune to satisfy shareholders and with our 'no fix - no fee' policy, you really do have nothing to lose.

why home visits?

We've all been there, something's gone wrong with your PC or Laptop and everything comes to a halt. You the need to take all the cables out of your PC, pack it up, take it to a shop and then sit at home waiting for a call to say it's fixed. Wouldn't it be easier to just make a phone call and have someone with you within hours to fix it there and then?
