What we do
Travelling around South Essex and North London, Pheonix IT come to you to fix all your IT issues at a time thats convenient to you. Pheonix IT always aims to fix your problems as quickly as possible without cutting corners. When you first contact us, we will discuss the problem with you first and give you a rough time it will take us. Obviously, it is only a rough time because you never know what's round the corner. Any problems we believe will take longer than two hours to repair will be offered a 'back to base' fix. This means that we will take your PC or Laptop to our office in Harlow to repair it, but only charge you two hours regardless of how many hours we spend on it. Because of the amount of time it takes to re-install Windows, install updates and restore your data, the back to base fee will always offer the greatest value for money on issues that take more than two hours.
We also offer a No Fix, No Fee policy, so if we can't fix it, you don't get charged.
